95 South to Exit 74 (Sharp Exit Ramp Caution) at the end of the ramp take a right onto Flanders Road (Rte 161 South towards Niantic)

Follow Flanders Road for about 3 miles into Niantic (You will go past Stop and Shop, Dunkin Donuts then a mile stretch of residential houses until you get to Niantic at which point you will pass the East Lyme Town Hall, CVS, Citizens Bank)

Take a left onto Grand Street. (It is Between Bank Of America and Chelsea Groton Bank)

Follow Grand Street about 0.2 miles to our office on the left. It’s a White Cape Cod Style house with a red front door.

95 North to exit 72 (Rocky Neck Connecter) follow long exit ramp to a light at end of Ramp.

At the light take a left onto West Main St. (Rte 156 East). Follow 156 East for About 2.9 miles turn left onto Pennsylvania Ave. (At light with Mobil On right and town Green On left)

Then take your next right onto Grand Street. (It is Between Chelsea Groton Bank And Bank Of America)

J. Robert Pfanner & Associates P.C. was established in 1978 by J. Robert Pfanner. He is a graduate of NYU and is Licensed in the state of Connecticut for both Land Surveying and Professional Engineering. After years of work for large construction company in the early 70’s building many of the roads we all drive on today Mr. Pfanner decided to start his own business in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying. The business started out of his house (actually his dinning room) which soon became to small and forced the office to a new space over the garage. This space too became to small and J. Robert Pfanner & Associates moved to is current location at 37 Grand Street in Niantic CT. In 1994 Robert D. Pfanner joined his father after graduating from Roger Williams University With a degree in Civil Engineering to make J. Robert Pfanner & Associates A family owned and run business.
